Congressperson Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, the representative for Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, was allowed defensive safeguard by the Islamabad District and Sessions Court on Saturday.
Before Khokhar’s appearance in court today, streets prompting the court were hindered by police who made each endeavor to capture him.
Khokhar has been blamed for making hindrances in the method for PPP co-executive Asif Ali Zardari’s capture on June 10 in the phony records case. A first data report (FIR) was enlisted against Khokhar that day at the Margalla police headquarters and was fixed.
“A false and unmerited FIR was enrolled at the command of the legislature,” said Khokhar while addressing media in the wake of acquiring safeguard.
“Such intrigues can’t diminish us from our battle against the administration,” he included.
He said that the Imran Khan government had been “blinded by vengeance and had crossed all points of confinement while seeking after it”.
This was not the primary occurrence this year that a body of evidence was enrolled against the PPP representative.
In March, Khokhar and PPP Islamabad part President Raja Shakeel were reserved for revolting and assaulting police authorities during PPP administrator Bilawal Bhutto and Zardari’s appearance before NAB Rawalpindi.
Khokhar was found in one generally coursed video addressing a police officer and roughing him up before his supporters drove him away.
A sessions court in Islamabad had conceded him pre-capture between time safeguard following which Khokhar issued an announcement saying that the bodies of evidence enrolled against him and other gathering specialists “resembled awards”.
