The recipe is so quick just follow the three step
Put the drumsticks in an expansive bowl with 1 table soop of oil, ready your garlic, ginger , turmeric as per your required garam masala and 3 tbsp yoghurt. Hurl together with your hands until covered. Leave to marinate for no less than 30 mins (can be left in the ice chest medium-term). Warmth broiler to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
Put the potatoes in a huge cooking tin with the rest of the oil and a lot of flavoring. Include the chicken drumsticks and prepare for 40-45 mins until cooked and brilliant.
Disperse the tomatoes, onion, coriander and some flavoring over the chicken and potatoes, with the rest of the yogurt served as an afterthought.
